Our 6 Step Hiring Process
STEP 1 | Phone Interview
To begin, we conduct a phone interview to assess the candidate's qualifications, experience, and personality to determine if they meet the requirements for the position and if they would be a good fit for the company culture.
STEP 2 | In-Person Interview
We invite top candidates for an in-person interview to delve deeper into their experience and assess their soft skills. This step helps us determine if they are the right fit for the company culture and the specific role.
STEP 3 | Application Form
Following the in-person interview, the recruitment process begins with each candidate filling out an application form. Within this form, questions regarding eligibility to work, past employment, advantages, disadvantages, time availability, and references are obtained.
STEP 4 | Reference Check
Each reference is contacted over the phone as well as via email. Over the phone, we ask questions involving strengths and weaknesses of the candidate and any previous experiences working with said candidate.
STEP 5 | Criminal Record Check
All candidates are requested to provide us with a valid background check to ensure a clean criminal record. Mapleview HR strictly does not employ candidates with a criminal background.
STEP 6 | Ready For Placement
The final step is getting our associates ready for placement, which involves ensuring that they are fully prepared for their new role. This includes providing any necessary training and support, and working closely with both the employer and the associate to ensure that expectations are clear and the transition is smooth
